Above all, these features contribute to the phone’s beautifully sleek and simplistic appearance. Glowing icons on the face of the phone disappear when not in use to reveal a pure, un-adulterated black exterior. The phone is ultra thin (just 12 mm), nonetheless it hosts an array of additional multimedia functions, including an MP3 player and a music multitasking function for messaging. Mirror, mirror on the wall, which is the snazziest phone of all? Why, it’s LG’s Shine of course! Clad in sexy stainless steel, the Shine’s a hefty chunk of mobile kit. It’s anything but light, and totes reassuringly clunky keys. Despite the weight, it’s a thin little devil, and sports a super smart roll bar for navigating menus. The keypad’s sliced into the phone itself, not unlike some other phones we could mention, but the real story here is that sexy screen. Snap the Shine shut and the display disappears, leaving a proper mirror in its place. It’s a cool effect, and definitely one for the egotists out there.
